HomesHub is the one-stop shop for people looking to buy a home through the government’s range of HomeBuy products. HomesHub is the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Local HomeBuy Agent for Merseyside and Cheshire, and part of Plus Dane Group. 

HomesHub promotes all HomeBuy properties within Merseyside and Cheshire, regardless of the developer. Customers can explore all the choices available by visiting HomesHub’s website, or calling to speak to a specialist advisor.

The expert team guides customers through the application process and puts them in touch with independent financial advice, first-time buyer friendly solicitors and other support.

Eligibility for HomeBuy is quite broad. Eligible customers may be:

• A first-time buyer
• Going through a relationship breakdown
• A housing association tenant
• On a housing waiting list
• An older person looking to down-size their home
• Being re-housed because of regeneration programmes
• A key worker
