Customer feedback

We value your feedback and would like to hear from you about the service you received from us.

"Your views" is a way of you telling us your ideas for how we can improve our service.  If you tell us your idea we will work with you to see whether we can introduce the idea to our service.  We will enter all suggestions into a quarterly prize draw with the best idea winning a gift voucher.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the service you receive from us you can make a complaint.  Anyone who receives or requests a service can make a complaint, this includes applicants for housing.

We aim to resolve any concerns or complaints at the first point of contact, but there may be instances where you want to take the complaint further. We have a simple three stage complaints procedure with clear time scales for responses.  See our Customer Feedback information leaflet below for more information about the procedure.

Compliments

If you have received a good service from us, tell us about it.  Praise is an important way of letting us know that we have provided a good service.  Its also a great morale booster for our staff.
