Ni Residents Academy

Our Ni Residents Academy has been set up to deliver training for our customers and has three main aims:

Map and record the skills of customers within our neighbourhoods and create a skill bank that will enhance involvement opportunities
Develop a co-ordinated approach around the use and provision of customers skills in the neighbourhood
Work with tenants and residents to provide them with the necessary tools and the opportunity to enhance their skills through accreditation and volunteering
